Shooting the breeze with Breezie

For years, it’s always been a contest here between our 2 cats Salem and Snowball and the dog Bear, whenever crumbs hit the floor, usually Bear will always win, and that is only because he is bigger and he growls at the cats. Salem is the only one who is brave enough to stand his ground, and Salem will take what he wants, and then he runs like heck, but I think he has Bear figured out too, and knows that Bear would not hurt him.

You see, Hubby loves the plain cake style donuts, well heck….who doesn’t I guess, and Bear our dog, he is such a donut doggie, but he is also a very messy eater, and if ANY crumbs are left on the floor, then we end up having to deal with the small ants.

So for years now, it’s been a constant battle to keep the kitchen floor clean, for this purpose I keep a broom and a dustpan handy, it gets a work out each day, actually several times a day. So I got to thinking, that some sort of a cordless light weight vacuum, something like the ones from Dirt Devil, it would make clean up much more efficient and faster.

The price of the vacuum is just over $100, and I feel that is very reasonable, so its time for a trip to Walmart and see it up close.
