There are so many of us that suffer from Insomnia. I don’t like prescription sleeping aids, because they tend to leave me feeling a bit hung over in the mornings, so I seek a more natural approach which includes staying away from caffeine, or at least limiting my intake. But even with that I still experience problems with falling asleep and staying asleep. Right now I am trying Melatonin which is suppose to help regulate the bodies internal clock, the pharmacist told me it would take a few days before I would get any effect from it. I also suffer with Tinnitus, and I was surprised to read that Melatonin has been reported to help with that condition in some people as well. So I am looking forward to seeing if this might help me fall asleep and stay asleep once again.
